The Lost Boys coming to 4k Blu-ray this month
Ahead of Halloween, and a little late for its 35th anniversary, The Lost Boys will finally be released in 4k ultra high definition on September 20.
The Blu-ray combo part includes a digital download copy of the film (good if you don’t have a Blu-ray player), plus a ton of extras including a commentary by director Joel Schumacher. This is likely commentary and extra features documentaries previously available in the special edition DVDs.
We’re obviously huge fans of the original Lost Boys film, and would consider the vampires some of the best captured on film.
Pre-order The Lost Boys 4K on Amazon or where ever you buy Blu-rays. Best Buy has an exclusive Steelbook version, but the cover artwork isn’t as appealing.
